Dr. Billings graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1973. He completed his residency at Tulane University School of Medicine in 1978 and subsequently a fellowship in comprehensive arthritis care at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York in 1979. Dr. Billings is board certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is currently Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Tulane University. His specialty interests include spine and total joints. |
