All resident applications are submitted through the Electronic Resident Application Service (ERAS). Applicants are instructed to access the AAMC website and follow the directions to the ERAS link. ERAS is a service that transmits applications, letters of recommendation (LoRs), Medical Student Performance Evaluations (MSPEs), medical school transcripts, USMLE transcripts, COMLEX transcripts, and other supporting credentials from applicants and their designated dean's office to program directors using the Internet. ERAS consists of MyERAS (the Web site where you create your application), the Dean's Office Workstation (DWS), the Program Director's Workstation (PDWS), and the ERAS PostOffice.
The deadline for accepting completed applications (application, transcript, 3 letters of recommendation, dean’s letter, USMLE transcript) is November 1st. Interviews are held in December or January. The contact person for residency applications is:
